spelled: "rye-herd". Most people make it more complicated
than it is. People also tend to add extra letters to the
name, but we're used to that.
Yes, it's an unusual name. If you
ever run into someone with the same name, say "Hello!"
for us. We're bound to be related.

Draw a line between Nashville,
Tennessee and Louisville, Kentucky. We're halfway between
the two. Our store is located at exit #38 of I-65 just 10
minutes from Bowling Green, Ky.
Didn't you used to be in
Glasgow, Kentucky?
Yes, for the first 51 years our
main store has been in Glasgow. As of October 11, 1999 we moved
to our new location in Smiths Grove. Our new facilities
give us more assembly and warehouse space and reflect the
shift in our business towards the Internet.

We accept payment by check, money
order, and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. Credit card payment offers the fastest
service. As soon as we receive verification of your
credit card we begin processing your order.
If you chose to pay by check make
the check payable to "Riherd's" and send it to us in the
mail. We won't begin processing your order until we receive your check.

No problem! Just give us your APO
or FPO address and we'll ship it to that address. Since
UPS won't deliver to P.O. boxes, we use the US Postal
Service's Priority Parcel Post in this case. There is a
25% or $11.25 surcharge, whichever is greater, per order
for this service. Note that due to the nature of deliveries to APO and FPO addresses
we're unable to guarantee delivery dates.

a hurry? We offer an express service, including overnight
air shipment. Contact our Trophy Team for details.
What happens when I place an
online order?
1. Within a couple of
working hours from receiving your order, our Trophy Team
does two things. First we look over your order to make
sure all the appropriate options have been selected and
that we understand what you want. Second, we get credit
card authorization from the appropriate credit card
company.
2. Next, we send you
an order confirmation by e-mail or FAX telling you when
we expect to ship your order. Since we keep a large
inventory we're able to ship most orders within two
working days.
3. When your order
ships with UPS or Federal Express we'll email you again to give you the UPS
tracking number. You'll be able to use their online
package tracker at http://www.ups.com/ or http://fedex.com/ to follow the progress of your order.
I
want to order several trophies of the same style, with
the same options, but I want the engraving on each to be
different. What do I do?
We suggest for orders
involving multiple trophies of the same style that you
place your order online, but leave the engraving
information on the form blank. Then FAX or e-mail us your
detailed engraving instructions. Be sure to give us the
order number you receive when you submitted the
order.
Please carefully note the limits on
the number of lines and the number of characters. If the
limits are too restrictive for you, give the Trophy Team
a call.
What material are Riherd's
trophies made of?
Unless otherwise specified, all
trophy components are plastic. Figures and trim have a
gold finish, unless otherwise specified.
Unless otherwise specified, all
trophy bases are plastic.
Orders shipped to addresses in
Kentucky are subject to Kentucky state sales tax of 6%.
When you place your order you'll be given an estimate of
the sales tax amount.
If you don't live in Kentucky, and
your state has a use tax, it is your responsibility to
pay the use tax.
If you are an institution exempt
from Kentucky sales tax then FAX, call, or e-mail us with
your tax exemption number and you won't be charged for
sales tax.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship orders to Austria, Australia, Canada, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
The minimum order for international orders is $200. There is an additional $25 handling charge that will be applied to international orders. The $25 international handling charge is waived for orders to Canada
Note that the shipping for international orders may exceed the cost of the merchandise. We ship international orders via the U.S Postal Service Priority International Mail or via UPS. While the cost of Priority International Mail may be less expensive than UPS it takes longer and there is no way to track the progress of the shipment.
When we receive your order we will give you a conservative estimate for shipping and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Note that you will be responsible for any import duty, sales tax or other fees due for shipping orders into your country. You may be required to pay these duties and taxes by the carrier before receiving your order.
We insure international shipments. In the event of loss of the shipment or extensive damage to the shipment we can't ship a replacement order until we've been able to place a claim and have been reimbursed. This may take some time.
We accept payment for international orders by PayPal (our preference) or credit card. If you pay by credit card we'll need you to FAX or email us a scan of the front and back of your credit card clearly showing the credit card numbers and your signature on the back.
If you have friends or family living in the Continental USA you may consider having your order shipped to them and letting them take care of forwarding it to you. The above restrictions on shipping and size of the order doesn't apply to orders shipped within the Continental USA.
